That’s an old joke. I posted a rebus, the answer to which was Jack Daniels (Tennessee whisky), and @Darlinboy missed it! It was @JimInOz (an Aussie) who twigged to this good ole American icon. So it is a running joke. Back to the rebus at hand. The answer is a particular gent! The first three clues will give you the guy’s title. The last three will give you his name. His name and title are mentioned in a popular song (of decades ago). Go to @Darlinboy ‘s post where he analyzed the clues. Everything you need is there to arrive at an answer. By the way, the “fellow” is American, so that may pose a problem for some folks.
