Just for the record. I don’t know where you got the image of a pearl in a scallop shell, but scallops don’t grow gem pearls! And in looking for an answer to your “Parliament Hill” rebus, I found on Google that Jupiter HAS a moon called IO. But I was thinking crude oil, not tar. As far as the TAR was concerned, I was thinking WELL (for Wellington Street). Clever rebus. A Canadian should have got that one.
