Have to admit I scratched my head and dismissed that solution as I'd never come across it! That doesn't mean it doesn't exist though Interested to know its origins.

Yeah, the last two you solved were spot on U.S. politics...the one you're trying to solve is a person...but they did have a relationship to U.S. politics...in a way.
