¿What about bracelets?
PS. Prices are soooo high. For instance, the brown strap of the FOIS 250€. 300 including pin bucle.

They started with NATOs and now straps. Wouldn't be surprised if they added bracelets in the future.

Those gold deployants are crazy expensive. You could literally buy a watch (Omega one) for that price...

You can't buy direct, you have to go through a boutique. There are just so many better options than OEM which are pretty boring.

I see "Add to Basket" and "Free shipping" on the UK website

A gold deployant is 2800€ (without the strap).

I personally wouldn't put anything non OEM on my watch.

I stand corrected, the link provided above doesn't allow purchase, but the US site does. And the UK one.

I've always wondered why they didn't sell straps or bracelets but only nato's.

I'm guessing COVID and varying lockdowns are forcing their hand as with many other manufactures, luxury or otherwise.

Yeesh. $800 for a gator strap with gold buckle.
Was thinking maybe I'd buy one for my old Seamaster...but that's worth more than the watch! Lol.

This might be a stupid thing to say but, I'm surprised these watch companies want people to change their own straps.
Like Tudor and Omega.

They don't make it any easier. I would on my Speedy but I really don't want to scratch the lugs.
Cartier and IWC have quick change systems to avoid this.

What do they care if you scratch your lugs? lol.
Having said that, I have been changing the strap on my Speedy almost once a week for almost 3 years and I think they still look pretty good...

They probably didn’t want to run the risk of a bunch of returns if people didn’t buy the right size or the strap didn’t fit for whatever reason. With NATO’s you could still fit a 20mm strap into a 19mm lug width. With a gator skin strap that won’t work as easily. That’s just my guess at least.

Also, notice how all of the straps for sale online are just the straight strap. I didn’t see any integrated straps on the site.

Nice, but they still don’t allow us to buy different lengths as far as I can tell, just the different sizes for lug-width. I assume all of these are the standard length, which is still too large for me to get the deployant centered properly.

Looks like I will stick with Genteel Handmade straps.
And they require you to buy a new buckle that's not needed. Agree, better to get a strap made to your specs from places like Genteel or one of the many bespoke retailers. Quality at least as good as OEM and huge range of materials, colors, threads, etc.

It's a concern my Speedy has not had any changes yet. On a PO I was able to take on and off the bracelet with zero scratches, that said other watches have been butchered by my handy work. No amount of tape or care can make it 100% without a slight scratch.
Maybe since I just picked up my Speedy, I'm being very careful.

Also, I want to mention, they do not have a normal Speedy as a model to select from. I guess since the 3861 just came out.
It will be fixed but it's annoying.

These prices are literally crazy ones. Waiting for the 3861's bracelets to appear there, but I can only imagine how much higher they would be comparing to straps. 🙁
