Is there anyone who knows how to contact the Omega Archives?
I was looking for a phone number, but found nothing yet...
I have been waiting for over 2 months now and I would like to know if my request is really still being processed...

where are you located? The best option is to email them...but 2 months is normal.
8-12 weeks is typical in the US.
