Omega customer service email for Bienne anyone have it.

As the title says I am trying to contact omega customer support in Bienne. I have looked everywhere but no luck.

The reason I ask I have an AT from 2005 and the box is in really bad shape. I know it’s only a box but as with most older red boxes they peel. I got the watch last year and asked a local AD if they could get any boxes and they said no. I actually emailed omega US customer service and they could not help.

Well I have heard omega customer service in Bienne is awesome and they usually will go above and beyond and more than what the US will do. I have heard they have replaced boxes, booklets, etc.

It’s not a big deal but thought what the heck just send them an email and see if they reply. I did not think it would be this hard to get a contact though.

Any help appreciated!

Yea I have and it directed it to the US. I think it’s there new way of doing things but was hoping an old email address was still out there.

I don't think that any e-mail from the US will go to Omega in Bienne, unless it is addressed to a specific person there. It will go to US Customer Service. You said you tried them already.

You could try contacting an Omega Boutique in your area, they may be able to get you to the right people. I have heard of many instances where Omega has replaced the red vinyl boxes when they disintegrated.

Just a follow up. I sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected]

I got an auto reply a couple days ago but not sure what email address caused that as a no reply mailbox sent the redirect.

I woke up this morning and had an email from [email protected] and they are going to have swatch send me a new box!

I will share it once it comes in but I am impressed.

I just simply told them the issue and included pics including my warranty card. Now that’s the customer service I like to see from companies.

So I missed the delivery on Friday but my new box came today.

I was pleasantly surprised as they sent me the newer style boxes . This was fantastic customer service.

Ohhh I love this box I actually looked before, but was not going to pay 100-150 just for the box. I am no purist where things need to match. This is a major upgrade over the red boxes. I am thrilled they sent this one! Again awesome customer service!

again just a box but I might actually use this to store some accessories.

I'd rather the red box myself. I've got two of those wood effect ones in the loft. I'd never use them for storing the watch. Far too impractical. The new Speedmaster box is far more useful with a travel box within a cleverly designed box.

Either way, that’s great response from Omega.

Glad things worked out, and (for me) underscores what a premium brand represents.

That is excellent customer service 👍 - a lot of companies would just ignore such a request but this is above and beyond, especially as the purchase was made so long ago.

No idea about the original poster's question, but a few decades ago when writing to Omega HQ in Bienne Switzerland ...
one got a written answer back on paper with that OMEGA " Gold " letterhead... if Your request was fully answered, was another question 😉

Great now I need to look at the DNS records when I get home for those to see if it’s set up correctly and resolves to the same place.
