No Daniel craig is wearing the old aqua terra (we can see date on 3) 😉

Ahh interesting! I hadn't seen that screencap. Definitely a past-gen variant for sure. And no date frame at 3:00, so you're right 😀

Received this from Beaverbrooks a UK AD and they run the OB in The Trafford Centre Manchester. The price difference between the NATO and the bracelet is ridiculous. Given that a Nato is 130 pounds and the price difference is 870 that puts the bracelet as valued at 1000! It's nice but overpriced. A steel version would be better. Gerry

Regarding what Bond and Nomi (looks to be her character name per IMDB) are wearing in terms of the new Seamaster Diver... sort of reminds me of Goldeneye where we see Bond and 006 (Trevelyan) wearing the same watch - in the third act, we see Trevelyan hold them up side by side, his is on a strap while Bond's is on the bracelet. For No Time To Die, I wonder if it's something similar where this new Seamaster has been issued to all 00 agents by Q Branch. At least, all of the 00s we'll see in the movie.

Apparently one's been spotted at the Zurich airport.

Great news! Hopefully soon.

In-depth review with an OMEGA executive. Interesting points. Worth a look.

Not sure if this has already been posted, but is that an Aqua Terra?

Highly possible. Shortly before news of the new Bond watch broke, Omega did quietly release a new blue-dialed 38mm Master Chronometer AT (ref. 220.10.38.20.03.001) in the vein of the Skyfall edition – would make sense that this is the companion dressy alternative that he'd wear, as done in the other films.

Its not the current Aqua Terra but is the previous Aqua Terra that he wore in Spectre since the scene will be a continuation from Spectre. Note the missing hour marker at 3 o'clock in place of the date window as well as the 6 o'clock hour marker, hence its the previous Master Co-Axial Aqua Terra.

Right now, the two watches we know that Bond would be wearing. As usual, Omega would be completely hush about the Aqua Terra.

Interesting, really some differents to the standard one. The glass is only anti-reflective on one side to give the watch a vintage look and feel. Really looking forward to see it in flesh.
425m water resistant tested, because of the master chronometer. 😀

I’ve watched several videos about this newest bond release and it looks amazing but it’s close on $10k with the mesh bracelet. Is this standard pricing for there bond editions? Feels a couple of $k on the expensive side.

Oh FFS can we stop complaining about the price ::facepalm1::

It's titanium ! Which is more expensive than steel. And guess what? The Bond watch isn't any more expensive than the regular Ti-ceramic Seamaster 300M:
https://www.omegawatches.com/en-us/...ial-master-chronometer-43-5-mm-21092442001002

It's exactly the same price on NATO. Not ~exactly, but exactly: $8,100. Eight thousand one hundred U.S. dollars.

An innovative titanium bracelet for $1,100 extra is not bad IMO, and personally I far prefer the Bond watch at 42mm and no-wave dial to the regular one.

Yes but that one at 43.5mm has the ceramic bezel. Whereas the Bond watch seems half hearted. They went full out titanium, but yet the bezel is aluminium..... ::facepalm1::

And the last thing I want is to scratch the bezel of a watch at that price. Can't wait to see people post pics of theirs getting the first scratch 😜

BTW I still plan on getting the watch, but like I said before, I'm not gonna pay full price for it.

Yeah it bugs me that the bezel could be scratched and faded over time .. works for some people but not me

I much prefer the matt aluminum bezel over a shiny ceramic one. And on top of that, the numbers and markers on the bezel are lumed - how cool is that 😎

The normal Seamaster 300M is way too shiny for me. Especially with the bracelet. The all brushed case and the stylish milanese bracelet on the new Bond works more for me. So I‘m really looking forward to see that watch in person.

I‘m on the list at the OB. Can’t wait for the call.

I think I could live with owning just these two watches!

The Bond watch isn't half-hearted - they deliberately went with aluminum because it's just a warmer, more classic appearance. Ceramic is fine for a flashy modern diver and satisfies the masses, but aluminum connects better with vintage enthusiasts.

Also, if you scratch the bezel, aluminum isn't terribly expensive to replace... But then, if you're having lots of trouble with scratching watches, maybe you should stick to G-shocks? 😕

If you wear your watch, no matter what it will eventually get scratched. I have an AP Royal Oak 15400. I’ve worn it as my daily for nearly 3 years and it’s scratched to shit. It even got scratched the first day I wore it because of my friend’s 1 year old baby.

Nah... I wear my watches with care. Still no scratch on my 8 yrs old SMP. Hope it stays that way 😀

But accidents do happen. So far so good....

Wow, your 2220.80 is in incredible condition for 8 years of ownership! Here's mine from 2011. Wore it everyday for around 3 years, but has done very intermittent vacation duty ever since 2014. Never serviced.

I think most of the battle scars were from a memorable summer working for a non-profit in the south side of Chicago shortly after undergrad. Including a harrowing experience of having my company car's windows shot to pieces by local gang members. Hoping that is the closest I'll ever get to a Bond experience in my life... well, as far as danger goes. But um, the finer aspects of Bond life, I'd gladly welcome more of 😉

If it's a 00 British intelligence officer that you have a hard time identifying with, than for that person, yes. If that's not the case for you, that's fine too.

It was thoughtfully outlined above, but since it didn't apparently line up with your world view, you chose to ignore that person's feelings/views and instead marginalize them. Very accepting and tolerant.

Lmao at the inferred misogyny/racism over someone commenting they won't wear a frigging watch, automatically assuming because it's a female, black fictional character. Which, in and of itself, shouldn't be that big of a deal if it comes down to a question of, again, image, and not racist/misogynistic thinking. It should be perfectly acceptable to say 'X' doesn't vibe with me when I see it on ____, but the insecure SJWs can't help themselves in coming to the defense of people who aren't asking for it. Some of you need a drink.

I truly don’t understand: so Bond is wearing the watch and you’re interested; but if Bond and a woman are wearing it, now you’re uninterested?

to quote: “Oh man, I really wanted this watch, until i saw it on her”; then going on with all the other bit RE not being into women’s watches).

Your later explanations just don’t square up with your initial positions. (And all read pretty butt-hurt snowflakey...)
