State Of Time GmbH

This seller based out of Germany is a soft scammer, I advise anyone buying from them to approach with caution

I've bought some crystals from them, they were sold as NOS but arrived defective and wrong size, recorded a video with measurements and close ups, contacted the seller, yet he boldly claimed I damaged them and swapped the wrong size one instead and stopped correspondence

Also a good reminder to measure especially crystals within eBay's 30 days money back guarantee period, I've neglected this and I hoped the seller would be an honorable person but he seemed glad to be rid of them and had no intention to make things right

Phone: +51 968 904 986

Based in Ecuador/Peru.
Don't let his imperfect English fool you.
He claims to have many watches and watch parts inherited from his father's passing.
He either tries to get you to send funds via PP G&S and then claims the account is frozen so can't withdraw or refund.
Or he asks for money via PP F&F to cover just the shipping but then never sends the goods nor provides a refund.
Attached are some of the items he's posted around this site (and his identity document).

STAY AWAY!!!

Maybe I'm just paranoid but I decided to write a warning although since I'm not 100% sure I won't put names and email

I put up a WTB post a while ago. A user with 0 posts contacted me saying he has a friend who has what I'm looking for and gave me his email. I responded to the email and after the agreed price asked for payment to paypal GS, the other person first agreed, then the next day he asked for the payment to go to his daughter's paypal and at end that paypal could only accept FF payment. after I insisted on GS and told him GS is only option further communication stopped.

I have been scammed before, in a similar way, just let this be one more warning to everyone else. OF users with 0 posts + FF paypal sends are not good combination.

as I wrote earlier, I will not write a contact's OF username or email because I can't 100% confirm what I think.

This is a standard modus operandi of these scammers, usually it's something like " NAME has a NAME of ITEM and you can contact him on his email [email protected]..." I never respond to these and I only deal within the ΩF message system until/unless I know the seller. Btw, they just about always respond to WTB listings.
