Worth is a relative term.

Was it free?

Are you trying to turn if for a profit after repairing it?

I want an idea of the repair cost....
I bought this in 1968 & would like to give it to my grandson... In 1975 it fell six stories and I never repaired it.

Figure $125-$150 for a basic service plus parts, which could add several hundred dollars depending on what may have been damaged in its fall.

Its really difficult to get any more definitive from just a couple pictures.

Does it run, can you set the hand?

Thank you,
Hand moves, watch does not run.
I'll send it to NJ for a quote.

Don't send it to Omega! 😲 Believe it or not, that's one of the LAST places to ship it for restoration work. They aren't careful about using correct parts and will put whatever fits on the watch (hands, crown, etc). Try one of the watchmakers who are members here - they're MUCH more sympathetic to vintage and will restore what they can and replace only what's necessary with the right parts.
