I'll be the leader because I trained on a Friden Flexowriter (SPD1 for cards), and then graduated to one of the modern plastic case ones that did paper tape.
The later generations will have no idea of the fun you could get up to with a bucket of chads.
And once tipped into the back of a workmates trousers, it took days to get rid of them 😁.

You could punch your own cards? Luxury! We had to write out paper coding sheets and wait 3 days to get the cards back.
