No app that I know of. I’ve actually gotten so used to the mobile version that I have a hard time navigating when I’m on my desktop. It’s a very easy interface for mobile once you get used to it.
It took me until the 4th post to understand that you were asking if there was an app. I was wondering what an A P P might be😟. Need to get with it.😀
The forum will soon be starting a Youtube, Twitter and Facebook account simultaneously. It will be called YouTwitFace.
Until then we will continue to use the current platform.
I don't use any social media to be honest. I was just wondering because for example, if I post something, and someone replies to my post, how will I know?
Using Tapatalk, with other forums, I would get a notification that would say "pdxleaf" quoted your post, for example.
I was asking about an app just because of that.
App only works in Australia. 😎
I hope you don't think I was poking fun at you. I meant this as a joke in general. Let me know if you believe i was out of line. (I am also not a Facebook or Twitter guy.)
I don't know the ends and outs for how it works. If someone replys to your post you should get an email. If someone replys to your thread but doesn't quote you then you may not be notified. I expect you to get an email because I quoted you.
Perhaps the mods can answer more specifically. You can also PM them directly with any questions. They are pretty open and want to help. They volunteer after all.
Cheers,
Dave
Now I am confused. I got an email saying you replied. It must be anyone who replies next to your last post, regardless of quoting. I don't get notified when everyone posts even if i am following. But i think you will get notified anytime you get quoted. So it's the next post after yours and anytime you are quoted. (Unless you happen to live in Aussieland.)
