This tracks for Northern California, from my experience at least. Patek is famous for being directly involved in customer sales decisions at the upper end of the grand comp level, but any pieces in high demand (or that show valuations higher than MSRP on the secondary market) seem to follow a similar level of customer inspection/review before an allocation is made.

Where in NorCal may I ask? It seems like the ADs in the Bay Area are dropping like flies. The only AD in SF is now the Tiffany boutique.
