A GMT would be useful and it's a lovely accurate watch but there's no way I would spend that kind of money on it or the Ed White.

Owning a NEW321 and not a new GMT, my vote’s cast and biased… despite me having a wild GMT complication fetish.

But the modern, big-bodied, GMT is a league below the NEW321 in terms of sizing, finish, rarity, and subtlety.

I think the more proper comparison and hard choice would be a NEW321 against a similarly vibed vintage GMT

I don't have a need for a GMT and I love chrono's so the 321 would be an easy choice for me.

I need a date, so the Rolex for me in this battle, but lucky for me I have a Speedy that fits the need just fine...
