321 for me but they are different styles so its gonna come down to preference. Ask the same question over on the Rolex Forums 😉

Two questions: Is the 321 an original vintage or one of the new ones?
If the vintage is an complete original watch, then the vintage version. Bingo 😀
Otherwise if the Rolex Pepsi has an original fuchsia faded bezel, it's a much tougher choice.

This is funny because I have the poor mans version of each. A standard 1861 and now the Tudor GMT lol.
So If I had to choose to upgrade one of them???......
I hate to say it but probably the Rolex - if this was like, my only watch to wear every day.
But hypothetically, if I were to still keep the Tudor, I would upgrade the Speedy.
I need some more context to make a real decision here hah.

Given the current Covid lawlessness and the Rolex hysteria, the speedy. Flies under the radar.

Both are the current models.

Ed Brown for me, all day long. Until I can manage, this will have to do. Pardon the dog hair. With two Aussies in the house, its never ending.

I do have the old 5 digit Rolex gmt with all 3 factory bezel inserts and the 3861 Speedy. Just curious as to which of the two models people would choose if it wasn’t an issue with supply.

Assuming you mean "an opportunity to purchase at MSRP," and given the number of absolutely bonkers people on earth right now who will pay 2X or 3X MSRP for an OK steel sports watch because it's a flex piece... I'd take the Rolex and shortly thereafter somebody's money.

Edit: If you mean supply is no longer an issue and the market is not still insane, the 321.

MSRP if it was available to purchase, and to keep. I do agree with you on the ridiculous prices they go for. The grey dealer prices on Rolex have been climbing especially since Rolex just increased their own prices by over $1000 on almost all their sports models earlier this week on their website.

Neither….With that coin……

I would start with a Seiko

And buy another 3 or 4 watches

The Speedmaster. No doubt. But there are a ton of watches I would buy first if I had the budget for one of those watches even at retail.

Those are a great value and easy to get for around $300-330. I got this one awhile back for $300 with stickers

Then it's got to be the Rolex Pepsi with the fuchsia faded bezel, go find one 🙄

Just noticing the Pepsi bezel is no longer on the Rolex website - did they stop it?
