The watch looks basically original to me. I think the crown is a replacement and the crystal is wrong for this watch.

I agree with the replacement crown.
Why do you think the Crystal is wrong? To my understanding and based on the Omega Constellation Blog from Desmond, this Ref can be seen with this type of Crystal. But I'm not on expert on those.

So what you might be saying about the crystal not looking correct might the height of the cylindrical part - the side of the vertical crystal before it transitions to a horizontal dome - might be too tall.

Yes. Sorry, I should have stated that clearer.

And it doesn't appear as if the crystal wasn't mounted properly, because the tension ring / rehaut seems to be in place.

The height of the crystal is definitely wrong in my opinion, although some correctly do have a magnifying window

On closer inspection of the pix it looks as if the crystal does display the correct Omega symbol. It is likely just incorrectly pressed into case. Maybe easily corrected.

It's my understanding this would, of course, have an effect on the value. I guess the crystal could be changed while maintaining the Omega logo? I would almost be tempted to grind some off the base of the crystal to obtain the correct height, but if the radius at the edge is incorrect, this would not be an option.

It would be nice it was a simple fix. Does anyone care to comment about what would be a reasonable price for the watch?

I think what you will find that in this hobby, the price is what you are willing to pay based on your desire...

This caused me to Do a careful inspection of this 1965 Deville, four years apart from the constellation here that I am considering. Wow in comparison to my other seamasters without original dials. It’s interesting to see the flatness of this crystal which definitely has the original dial.
