I'm hoping someone can help me identify this watch. I would appreciate it!

I purchased a year ago on eBay. 18k vintage ladies omega/manual wind. When I asked for model#, the seller said he didn't know because he would have to open case to retrieve. I love it and I verified that it was indeed 18k, however, I'm not sure of it's value. I also purchased a beautiful Concord which I was able to verify in that I've owned concords in the past. I'm interested in selling the Omega because the dial being so small makes it very difficult to read. It's just not practical even though it's lovely. I would really appreciate any feedback I receive. Thank you!

Well from the pictures it's a gold colored ladies watch. Need a lot more detail in the pictures.

On the plus side, there is also a red box with an Omega logo and text on the inner lining, that's got to count for something.

Don't feel foolish, just take a lot better pictures from close up of all sides of the watch and you might be able to get some actual help here.

Ok, I'll post better pics and posts. I would think with the info alone I provided, I could extract the info I need from the web, however, it's hasn't been very easy.
