Rubber-lined leather straps always seem a bit gross to me, but either of the other straps seem fine. I have tons of dive watches on rubber straps, including vintage and modern Tropic-style straps, but I wouldn't put one of these straps on anything other than a dive watch. And I have several watches on straps like the elastic one you show (although most of mine are from Erika's Originals), but again these are all sporty watches. Without seeing a photo of your watch, it's hard to judge whether a particular style would work.

Most of the rubber-lined leather straps I see have that ugly tire tread on the inside but I guess it helps with moisture wicking.

There’s a similar thread that started just last week on this:

The Hirsch performance straps were discussed quite a bit. I have one and have another on order — that should tell you my opinion.

While the rubber ridges will make some marks on your wrist when it expands, I find them quite comfortable. And the leather upper is high quality. FWIW, I live in the Tampa Bay area, so I’m familiar with hot, humid summers!

Here is my Railmaster on a rubber strap.

Have a look at B2 Rubber straps, part of RubberB. All rubber and very comfortable, you can design your own surface/color/stitch color on their website. But have a shot of rum first before you check the price.
