First time poster here,

This watch is up for sale at a local pawnshop for a very reasonable price of 275, but I'm having trouble finding proof to its authenticity. auktionsvara_31094_stor.jpg
Been searching the web for hours and all I could come up with was this link: http://timerecs.com/inf/72717-omega...k_gold_stainless_steel_quartz_mens_watch.html
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers,
Joe

Found a few on a Google search. Probably not many around as the round face was more popular and more plentiful.

One imaged linked to a EBay acution where it sold for $311.00

Can't see any reason to replicate or fake a model like this as the round would be the better option to do it and a easier sell

These were listed as 18kt and s/s and gold on watch has the warm look of genuine gold vs. plated which is bright and shiny

You can see on this model. Crown has a brassy look to it. Replicas could not achieve the same look as gold fill or solid gold with plating.

I was thinking the same, thanks for the reassurance Don! Going to grab it when the shop opens on Monday. ::psy::
