No way @JimInOz and Toby have the best reply yet.....

No way!

I've highlighted the most important and unanswered question!

It's a 400$ Seamaster you got there. Goldcap. Nice condition

It's possible that someone want to pay a premium, because there is an arab in the dial, but I won't

Now, what did they tell you in Dubai?

Hmmmmmmmm................?

The Dubai appraiser said: "It's a $400 gold-capped Omega Seamaster with a cheap gold-filled bracelet that doesn't fit. I don't care that your uncle said it was rare and very valuable, it's not. If you don't believe me, go ask OF".

There is only one vintage watch specialist in Dubai that I'm aware of that could correctly value this watch (in the IFC) and they are generally overpriced - back to 'bankers' I'm afraid
As it happens in this neck of the woods the figure on the dial might actually add value! ( depending on who it is of course)
But unlikely to on this forum.....
And Cornelius says
"OP I'm watching you...."

Has the occasional rug war with the pit bull x ridgeback and always wins.
