It seems that everything appears poor and/or terrible to you, so I’m not surprised by your response. The listing is still available on Chrono24, and you can find more pictures there.
You don't have to ask for opinions, and even if you receive opinions, you can ignore them.

Art, I’ll elaborate as to why someone who has been collecting a long time would say this is in poor condition:

The case has been heavily polished and has lost all definition.

Dial shows deterioration from moisture and has taken on a “mocachino” pattern- this comes from condensation. Some people call it “patina”- it’s damage. If you find it appealing then awesome. To a collector who is looking for the best examples of any given watch this wouldn’t be worth the sum of the parts.

Art: When someone is a very well informed collector they have a finely attuned eye. It is worth hanging around, listening and learning. Ultimately its quicker and cheaper than the alternatives.

Of the watches I have, I love all of them. Ultimately it is me who wears them, so it does not matter what someone else thinks, as long as I am happy with my choice. It is a bit like going to the Antiques Roadshow exit tent...almost everyone learns something new about what they brought with them, and they still love it even though it is not what they thought they had.
Exactly. I post here regarding OF member thoughts on certain watches that I am being offered, but I WELCOME the most well informed and critical eyes opinions than make a "thousand dollar" mistake, or even a couple or few... Sounds like the OP already bought the watch and wanted some self-confirming bias to support their purchase.

Yes, it comes down to "would you wear it" and I wouldn't mind overpaying just a tad if I see myself wearing it. However, I must admit I would be happier if some well informed collector thought it was a good buy as well. I had many give thoughts on some watches I bought and ones I'm inquiring about. And even if it's not what I want to hear, I still thank them all for it!

Yes, I have, and I’ve noticed that some people dive deeply into the details without resorting to harsh or judgmental words. They maintain a professional demeanor, and I imagine they bring the same level of skill and respect to their jobs as they do to their hobbies.
