Well if it allows me to have the clasp at approx this distance, it would be perfect (I think the regular would have had the clasp too close to the lugs as I have the ‘transition wrist size’ of 6,75inch?):

Seeing how that fits compared to mine, I would say that dude has a 7.25” wrist and is wearing it loosely

Here’s mine. Overall I’m digging the vibe. As others have said it runs a bit long. I have a 7-inch wrist. Would have been helpful if Forstner included either instructions or a note directing you to website. Admittedly had no idea how to strap it on at first til a friend said instructions were on the website - duh!

Also take a cue from some of the bespoke strap dealers... the packaging was a bit bland. while the box was nice, it didn’t have anything else, ornamental or otherwise, like a brand card - it lacked a little something something. Not important but noted.

Once on it’s light and comfy!

Got my notification yesterday as well! Surprised to see it’s shipping from only about an hour and twenty minutes from where I live.
Where did it ship from , mine seems to be travelling all over the place , via Jamaica !

I think we can safely say that 7” is probably the cut off between short and regular from the collective pics we have seen so far.

very interested to see pictures on the FOIS. I'm debating pulling the trigger on this version, or waiting for the "horned" endlinks as a replacement band for the OEM strap that came with the FOIS
I hear you. I was a little bummed when I heard the horned version was coming right after I'd placed my order. But I think I like the more vintage styling of the straight endlinks.

Maybe. I measured using a piece of string and it turns out my wrist is about 7.5". Here's pics of the short band on my FOIS with room to spare in both directions.

@jsducote

Can we see on the side of the clasp as well?

Ordered a short one as well to pair with my Gallet, will post when it arrives. Been looking for a good bracelet to wear it with, since I sweat through my leather straps like crazy in the summer.

Not the easiest angle to capture while wearing it, but I'm holding my left hand against my chest and turned my wrist with the watch-facing up, so this is what you'd see if looking at me straight-on. Maybe I put it on upside down, but the clasp is over the top so that I'm opening it with my index finger instead of my thumb.

I had no idea my wrists looked so puffy. Time to go on a diet.

Very nice, I think I’ll hold out for the curved end links. I may have to rethink the size< I’ve got right around a 7.5” wrist....

Oh - we do gain and lose weight all over- including our wrists. I lost weight years ago and went down a size on all my
Straps, had to lose a link in some bracelets, etc. this past year I gained 20 back (due to some health issues), and I have had to add links back in on some, go up one peg on-bracelets, etc.
Thankfully the Forstner has a very adjustable clasp so we can gain and lose weight without all that time consuming braclet adjustments at the workbench- this should be the new Forestner sales pitch:
Easy adjustments for those of us who just can’t make it to the gym.

Don't panic. It's Jamacia NY. It's a huge shipping hub for USPS, Fedex etc.

Almost 7” wrists. Doesn’t bother that much me I guess, I think I wear my watch a little more snug. Might consider exchanging but actually don’t mind the position...

Thank you!
Btw, i believe it is upside down since usually the clasp is on the other side.

Forstner pairing for today- SM120. Not sure if The C shaped case works well with the angles of the endlinks like the flat lugged chrono from yesterday, but if I didn’t have a bracelet for this watch- this would be a great period style option

Looks great if you ask me! Wrist size? Regular or short version?

7” but I wear it rather loose.regular size bracelet and sm120 has shorter lugs than Speedy
If I actually snugged it up to normal tightness the clasp would be almost at the top

I just received mine. A few quick and not so great photos w/ the FOIS. My concern with having ordered the regular length and how it would fit my 6.5-6.75 inch wrist were unfounded. It’s snug but with just the right amount of play for my liking. The clasp does sit close to the watch, but I like the fact I can see it within the same frame and feel it balances out the bulk of the watch in relation to the narrow strap. In short, I could not be more pleased. It really takes the look of the watch to another level.
