Dust on Diver 300 dial

Question to the pro’s out there: I have a new Diver 300 with a tiny spec of dust close to the date window. You cannot see it with the naked eye - only with a really strong magnifying lens. Is this something ti worry about? Should I return an otherwise perfect watch? Thanx so much for your expertise.

Since you can't see it without magnification, I would simply ignore it and point it out when you eventually get the watch serviced.

I suggest adding a high magnification image of the microscopic dust particle as your avatar.

Did you not notice it when you bought it or did it not bother you at the time? Or did you order the watch online and only see the dust particle when you received the watch? If you can't see it with the naked eye, but only with a magnifying glass, you probably won't be able to claim the removal of the dust particle under warranty. Personally, it wouldn't bother me (since I never look at my watches with a magnifying glass) and as part of the revision, the watch will be completely cleaned and then the dust grain will be removed.

Thx for your expertise. Guess I‘ll just throw away the loupe and forget about it
A loupe is a great for those that need it. For those in the world with severe OCD a loupe can be a WMD that will make the rabbit hole exploration a permanent residence. If you are OCD…..”RUN FORREST RUN!”
If not keep it.
