Oh....I must apologize then. This guy had the same problem just a day ago (Dust on Speedmaster dial) and highlighted his problem in the same manner. Just a Deja vu moment here. Must have been a bad day at the ol' Omega factory.
Again I am really really sorry.

Has this issue been resolved?

Curious, as I am having a new, unworn CoAxial Speedy serviced at an Omega center for the same 'dust on dial'.

Don’t bother talking to Omega they won’t give you a satisfactory response. Instead email the Swatch Group directly they provide first class customer service in my experience.

So, if the customer requests and receives a replacement watch, what does Omega do with the watches that the customers returned?

I would certainly hope that after 14 months it was resolved. I hate it when people don't update their threads.

My new worn-for-only-10-minutes Speedmaster is also currently at the Omega center for broken toys, not for a "dust on dial" but "loose screw in movement". It does suck, but it's also comforting to know that we are not alone.

Similar current thread on the Rolex forum for expensive dust on some poor guy's new Oyster Perpetual Submariner GMT presidential thing.
