what is your opinion on the modern tissot watches?
it looks well made and appears to offer great value for the money.
i wonder if profit from omega is subsidizing the swatch within the swatch group

anyway, back to OP's question - yes i like tissot, the vintage ones, not sure about moderns yet

I can say that Tissot is my second favorite brand (the first is Cyma/Tavannes) and I'd like to introduce you my modest collection

Great Post and lovely pics.

There's no such thing as a modest collection.

A one watch collection that you are passionate about, quells your horology fixation, and fits your price point, can be just as satisfying as a more flex worthy arsenal.

Just got a tissot in an impulse-buy. 90s quartz. £30. So far, love it. Tempted to buy a vintage automatic.

late to the tissot game, beautiful watches and the old logo is just so much more sleek. Gotta get me a vintage one

Took a chance on eBay, I actually really like it even with the damage 👍

Tissot is a brand that keeps on giving, especially if you like their smaller/ladies watches like me. A 1940 Antimagnetique on a Gay Freres Bamboo bracelet and a 1968 PR516 mini-diver on a orange Tropic - the later maybe not something you wear everyday with that combination, but it's fun to get a splash of color every once in a while. 😀

I used to have a Tissot Two Timer when I was younger but have no idea where its gone. Always thought the Tissot T Touch was so cool when I first saw it on the wrist of a family friend but never got round to buying one.

That being said, got this on eBay auction awhile back! Coming in at a nice jumbo 38mm case diameter too
