So you do have reproduction bezels.
You did offer them for sale.
This is why, as a buyer, I would want to be reassured that the bezel you were trying to sell is not reproduction.
Am I being unreasonable?
You still cannot account for any difference in appearance between the bezel on the case, and the bezel that was on sale? Did you clean it? Do different lighting conditions account for the difference in the tail of the nine? The size of the dot?
These are simple questions which with a cool head might might be answered in such a way as to help us all.
The most interesting thing is that you have acces to reproduction bezels.
Perhaps you would like to share with the community haw you did it? And how we can in the future protect ourselves from fraud, should any of these bezels come onto the market in future?
Let me stress again - I am not interested in a slanging match. But I would dearly love to find out if there are reproduction bezels being made, where they are, and how to recognise them.
I Like to think any honest, right minded individual would also share this information too.
After all, no one like to see people cheated, and I am not suggesting you are, at this point.
But please, answer the questions with a cool head, help us understand the fake bezels, and why you make them, and if you would like us to be able to spot them or not?
