IMHO makes sense on speedmaster sapphire models; not on the hesalite moonwatch.
So Omega did it wrong when they introduced these bezels for the 105.003-6X? 😀

They will not fit on a 3861 watch...just so you know...

Not sure an OB will sell you case parts just like that - most likely they would want to install it as well.

082SU1589 | STEEL BEZEL TACHY - BLACK RING

082SU1589DE | STEEL BEZEL DECIMAL 0-100

082SU1589PU | STEEL BEZEL RING PULSOMETER

082SU1589TE1 | STEEL BEZEL TELEMETRE1

082SU1589TE2 | STEEL BEZEL TELEMETRE2
Thank you so much. I assume they won't sell it directly without installing + they will not return the original Tachymetre bezel. So, I probably have to sacrifice the original bezel to get a different style.

They should return it - it's your property...

I will ask first, but given my recent service of 1863 in Biel, they kept the replaced parts, as per their T&C, as we discussed here https://omegaforums.net/threads/for-those-who-acquired-both-a-rolex-omega.176265/post-2393784
As far as I know, that policy does not apply to every service location. If you cannot find an Omega service center that will do this without stealing your original bezel, then find an Omega certified watchmaker who can order the bezel for you and swap it, and give you your old bezel back.

Back from the watchmaker with new bezel installed. It's a subtle change but really suits the white dial and applied markers. IMO, should've came this way as it makes it pop.

Good point, it is blue on the Snoop 3! I’m sure I’ve seen black lumed ceramic bezels on another model but if I’m wrong on this it doesn’t trump that that the seller is offering other copy (fake) Omega parts inc fake DONs.

I note these have popped up before without too much controversy. I can’t deny it does look good!

The 45th Anniversary Silver Snoopy has a lumed black ceramic bezel.

That’s beautiful but I don’t have the stones to do that to either of mine. Edit March 3, the stones to modify any of my four 3861s.

This is very impressive, I love that people are still experimenting with customization on Omega’s even today.

Anyone know, or have an educated guess: 1) would the ceramic bezel on the new Ed White work on a vintage model, and, 2), if yes, can it be ordered?

Rolex has ruined the world's second-most-iconic watch with the transition from an aluminium bezel to showy, glossy ceramic. Personally I'm glad Omega hasn't done the same to the world's most iconic watch!
I don’t mind aluminum bezel…so long it’s commensurate with the price. No way am I going to drop $10,000 on a watch with acrylic glass and aluminum bezel touted as a “luxury” watch.

Not sure about 1, but Spiralwinder has the ceramic bezel for 3861 model and for 1861/321 models. Need to chose the correct option when ordering. Now as far as ordering it from Omega, no idea if you're able to order it without them installing it. Mine was $50 install with a local watchmaker.

I wish the FOIS came with a lume bezel. But again, I won't be adding it to my (now) 3 3861s. 4 3861s now, but one has blue ceramic....

Does anyone know if the plastic gasket/spacer needs to be replaced EVERY time you reinstall the bezel? I ask because I was thinking of realigning my bezel as it is slightly off center. I was wondering if I would need to source a new gasket/spacer or if I could just pop off the bezel, realign and pop it back on using the same gasket/spacer?
