Well, I got the green bezel and it’s 100% not easy to tell it green lol. I’ll post pictures later
When? I'd like to see it.

They sent the wrong size and now they take forever to respond to emails. Super hard to catch that it’s green as well

If anyone has a number I’d love to reach them.

Also because they sent the wrong size the sapphire caseback cracked because we thought it’d be a normal compression fit but when it didn’t work the first few times you’d press harder and now boom

They never responded to me emails either. Won’t bend over backwards to give my business to someone who isn’t interested in it. Just saw what happened above. Sucks, sorry.

And this is exactly why I will not mod my watches. I don't even swap bracelets.

It’s already back to normal, lol love on the wild side sometimes, it’s fun

put the old case back on and the original bezel boom like nothing happened.

Yes! Stay with plastic crystals and aluminium bezels on a $7,000 watch, that'll show 'em.

Ha. Time to reverse the pricing structure; THAT will show them.

I'm a bit confused, because I thought it was a sandwich, and that the original back was what broke. Maybe I presumed too much?

Sorry to hear of all of that misfortune, but I'm glad it's all good (original) now and thank you so much for sharing your experience so that the rest of us can avoid the pain.

But you are going to put a flat link on the Snoopy, no?

Different animal. I'm using a genuine Omega bracelet. I see what you mean, though. I meant that I will not use anything aftermarket.

I was just pulling your chain. 😉

I'll use aftermarket leather straps and deployant clasps because of a wider selection and cheaper prices than an Omega branded strap/DP. When it comes to bracelets I'll stay with OEM because the quality is better. I did put an Uncle bracelet on my 1973 Mk II because the original was pretty stretched out after 50 years of wear. Otherwise I'll stay with the factory bracelets.

I know. Surprised you didn't hit me with stirring the pot.

Same thing happened to me when I swapped a bezel insert on my 3750.50. When I pressed down the Spiralwinder case back cracked despite the watch sitting on a flat pad. Also deformed and cracked the Spiralwinder ceramic bezel because it didn;t fit the 145.022 case. In both cases no reply to my email to them. Very poor customer service.

Funnily enough I don't like the ceramic bezel on the ed white, but plan on installing the spiralwinder one on my white dial 3861.

This company has perhaps the worst customer service even though I like their products.

Unfortunately I’m having a bad experience with fitting the ceramic bezel to my 3861, it won’t stay on even with a new gasket, has anyone had this issue?

What problems did you have? My bezel won’t stay on and customer service is a joke, now I have to go to Omega and ask them to replace my bezel

What did they do to rectify this? I’m having the same issue
