Case Restoration on Old Omega Geneves

That's interesting, and very expensive at the time for those watches, which were entry-level in the Omega catalog. They could have bought any of the SS watches in the Rolex catalog for $250 in 1970, and the value would have gone WAY up, instead of down. If only they had known. 😉
Canadian market prices.
They both got decades of daily enjoyment out of them, so it was money extremely well spent.

Absolutely, they obviously wore the heck out of them. I'm not being critical, it's just an interesting comparison to me.

Classic Watch Repair turned me down.
Did they give any reason? Condition of the case, or they have too much work on?

Are there places to but replacement ones?
If you have the patience, set up some eBay searches for those two Omega models and look for examples that have broken movements, destroyed dials, or are otherwise being sold for "spares or repair." These have no value to a collector and therefore should be cheap - but your interest is in the condition of the case. Ask for lots of daylight pictures of the case to judge the wear and tear.

‘Unfortunately it is corroded and we will not be able to repair it. We can only laser repair on steel or gold but yours is an alloy case.“

There are some outfits in NYC that laser repair "pot metal" and other chrome and gold plated cases along with replating. Have seen some done and looks great, especially lug replacement when they are just plain missing. Your only hurdle is going to get the cases there to be examined and worked on if you're not in that region of the world, and of course cost.
Why not do as Dan mentioned and just use the things, and as also mentioned keep an eye out for used cases in better shape.

Among many other reasons, they will both be going in for comprehensive servicing, so it seems a good time to do it. If everything is apart.

Good news. Got a positive response. http://replateit.com/ is willing to take it on. Price is not cheap, but its very fair.
Definitely will. Won’t be a quick process, as it first has to go to my watchmaker for disassembly. Fingers crossed that it all goes well.

I don't know what a "Hemi Cuda" is... .

This makes me sad.

But now you know, and knowing is half the battle. Yo Joe!
