Looks very healthy, and isn't some overprocessed crap marketed as "healthy".👍

One of my best friends used to get lunches like that. He would try to swap them every day for a bag of chips or anything that was not what he got in his lunch box. If he couldn't swap it, most of it ended up in the bin.
With kids, anything goes. Good thing is that he tells us what he wants. On rare occasions that he didnt eat his lunch, took it home and good old Daddy ate them ;-) so no waste

Am I on the right forum because I see no watch associated with the lunch photos?

I can't speak for the OP, but I know it is nearly impossible to get a photo of my 6 year old sitting still enough to clearly see something like a watch. Usually the photos are just one big blur.

I know someone with a 4,000 frames per second camera. Should get a usable frame or two from that.

You would need to provide the film for it though, 1600 meters (~1 mile) of film would get you 10 seconds. That's the length a Lockheed U2 carried for each camera, so perhaps search the military surplus outlets.

Gratuitous U2....

And here is what we do everyday! His lunch.

He's gonna be poking everyone's 'fakkin' eye out with those sandwich sticks! 😡

My mother would pack lunches like this for me back in the 70’s- I hated it. Albacore tuna with homemade mayo and wheat bread with carrot sticks and an apple....nobody would trade lunches with me!! I would get .50c to buy milk and would give my friend Mike .25c for his pudding cup and drink water.
She is now 80 and is more fit and active than anyone I know (including myself) so I guess the healthy eating counts for something. 🙄

Now that I think about it, when I was 8 they let us go home at times at noon for lunch. After 50 years you forget things. Many a time I went home for tomato soup/chicken noodle and PBJ or grilled cheese. Damn, how could I have forgot.
