ยทDear OF members.
I have in my possession a very cool looking 1970s Girard Perregaux with a 353 caliber inside. The watch ticks but apparently there's a problem with changing the date which seems to be stuck.
My watchmaker couldn't locate the exact same problem so I was hoping if someone could provide any leads on a watchmaker who's familiar with repairing this kind of movement. I have a spare cal.353 which is not unfortunately ticking so a lead for a spare GP 353 movement will be also greatly appreciated. It's a shame to leave this retro beauty in this state ( Will be changing that dead gasket on the back ofc ๐)
The watch and I are located in Switzerland.
Thank you all in advance. ๐
Stefan.
