True "snobby" custom-made leather straps only come with a single hole which only fits the actual owner of that time piece !

Maybe ok if you own a Lamborghini SUV.

If that would upset you, then yes, I do! 😉

Actually thanks for this thread - your posts have been downright hilarious, and I needed a good laugh.

I can’t really take credit for the beautiful match between camo ballistic nylon and a late fifties compressor cased Lorenz (it came like this from the previous owner), but who am I to break up a perfect unison.

No use trying to camouflage yourself from the fish. They'll still see you.

Not my watch or photo (my regular civilian one is still a work in progress), but these absolutely should be worn on velcro.

That was the issued BUND velcro anyway. This is a perfect velcro. I think, I still have one somewhere.....

You’ve got a short grey one ? I’ve got the issued end links and an incoming original black velcro strap, but I always preferred the grey one. Let me know if you dig anything out as I’m sure I could offer a good home.

Thingies you put on your feet to swim faster
Ah, however if our OP is indeed striving for snobby and pretentious then the correct term is "fins" (dont blame me, he started it 😜)

And to be pedantic, those pictured are swim fins as opposed to diving fins, so would hardley warrant a dive watch. However a PO with orange rubber may not fall foul of the rules being factory issue.

Ostrich always looks off to me. Those large pores where the feathers were create an uneven, asymmetric look that distracts from the watch. I prefer a leather with a uniform grain.

Normally you'd get an F for putting leather on a diver, but since that thing is not even waterproof, you instead get an F for wearing a broken watch.
