No, sir...I recently picked it up at Hooters in downtown St. Louis, MO on 14MAY19 and I’m wearing it almost all the time... @M'Bob had voiced that he would like “dibs” so I made sure I had his “dibs” documented.

Pick up day of my birth year 1964 EW from seller @Darlinboy at Hooters in downtown St. Louis, MO on 14MAY19...

Are you happy because you just picked up a birth year Ed White, or happy to be in hooters, or happy at both. Either way, you look very happy.

Congratulations, lovely reference and i assume original bracelet!

Am I the only one more excited about Omega putting the new 3861 coaxial master chronometer movement in regular production Speedmasters?

It seems like a true advancement.

Nope. This is what I am holding out for (on the assumption that the 321 will be unobtainable or prohibitively expensive).

Congrats on your EW. Just out of curiosity, do you also frequent strip clubs (or "Go-Go bars" where they keep their tops on), or just Hooters. If just Hooters, what's the distinction between Go-Go bars and Hooters and why not just go to the former for that kind of fun and better (or at least some different) restaurants if you go there just for the food? Just asking as someone who's spent countless nights in strip clubs but hasn't ever had even the slightest impulse to walk into a Hooters.

Hooters ain't no strip club (or 'go go' bar), and doesn't pretend to be. Two completely different markets.

Isn't the main draw of Hooters the opportunity to talk to and flirt with attractive young girls in short-shorts and little tops that accentuate their breasts? To me, it seems like little more than a Go-Go bar with a slightly more socially-acceptable or plausible excuse for going there and a way to get entire families in there instead of just the guys who frequent the place for the obvious (to me) reason; I don't imagine there are very many females who go there alone or mothers just with their kids. Obviously, I'm not putting it down (at all); I'm just asking what the real difference is and whether someone who spends a lot of time at Hooters also goes to strip clubs or Go-Go bars. (It's a genuine question out of curiosity from someone who admits to spending a lot of time at the latter and doesn't consider either one to be even the least bit "shameful" or wrong in any way.)

"Furry" females? Surely not "hairy" females - that ship has sailed.

I also think the 321 will be in an Ed White re-edition - ~39mm stainless steel case, straight lugs and no crown guards - after the platinum version. After all, Omega did digitally scan (tomography) Gene Cernan's 105.003 during their 321 "reconstruction" process.

Thanks, sir. I don’t frequent strip clubs or Go-Go bars. Believe it or not, the appeal of Hooters are the wings...they are my favorite wings...breaded, all drums, no sauce...and with blue cheese on the side. 👍

Well...OK...back in the days [1980s and 1990s] when I was on military active duty and single...I sometimes frequented strip clubs and Go-Go bars. 😁

I hear your experiences, times sure do change and life moves on. When I was a young man, I Worked hard and played harder. Last time I was in a titty bar, strip club or go/go bar was a little over 10 years ago. My friends and I took my younger brother out as part of his birthday present.

While on active duty one of my duty stations I was stationed in the Philippines. When in Olongapo one had to make do and sometimes (most of the time) go with the flow. During Viet Nam era I spent a lot of time in Bangkok. Those are bygone eras. I still have not figured out if they were good or bad eras. Times were much simpler.

While the Omega museum has the world's best preserved 321 movement Seamaster & Speedmaster watches, they have chosen to scan astronaut Eugene Cernan's NASA-issued 105.003 Speedmaster ( #28 space-flown on Gemini IX, Apollo 10 & 17 )...
A 2019 marketing coup creating anticipation & excitement... so the "new 321" should be in some way spaceflight-related

That’s all I want. I’ll probably get rid of my 2018 Diver if they release a hackable Moonwatch.

My guess close to the current looking Speedmaster Pro, in platinum, sapphire sandwich, ie they’ll need a display case back. Something different with the dial maybe meteorite subdials.

Platinum would make the watch way to expensive, SS or Titanium please to give us mere paupers the chance to get a 321 😀

Timing makes sense given the anniversary. I wonder which 321 watches will be announced. I'm going to guess the precious metal ones that don't compete with the ss 50th yet to be fully delivered.

My OB says a 321 will be featured in a ss version. I hope that releases later in the year and not tomorrow. I bought an Omega only 3 months ago and want to wait more than 6 months till next purchase...
