··Ash @ ΩFTo me it makes little sense, Hamilton is an aging star driver who has lost his edge, kind of like Tiger Woods. It happens, you can't cheat age. Lewis should drive off into the sunset and do his foundation work, or whatever he wants to do. There would even be opportunities within F1. But taking over Sainz's seat, counterproductive. Vettel bombed trying it, and he was 10 years younger than Hamilton. For Lewis it's all about the money, and every driver has that itch to drive for Ferrari. But I'm not sure what Ferrari expects to get out of it. A championship or two, I don't see it happening with Hamilton.

··Nowhere near as grumpy as he used to be...Quali is not everything race pace and consistency are key. Both Lewis and Alonso are consistency monsters and easy on tires.
