It appears Red Bull has suspended the employee who made the complaint against Christian Horner. Given how opaque the whole situation is, and in light of the leaks, not exactly the most elegant way to handle it. The day before international women’s day too which is rather rough timing.

This indicates that the employee making the charges was not credible in the end, possibly a scam. It happens, I've seen it.

I'm more interested in the stories about Max now talking with Toto Wolff about taking Hamilton's seat at Mercedes. Or Max's dad saying his son and Newey will be leaving Red Bull, leaving only Horner in place. Or Lewis telling Max to not let your dad dictate your career. (Personal experience on Lewis' part I suppose). It seems the knives are out for all things Red Bull.....when you can't compete on the playing field go low and personal. A lot of it is ugly stuff.

Sainz is out due to illness, they made the call Ollie Bearman is driving the Ferrari from Quali onwards.

Sainz has appendicitis and is going to have surgery.

Sainz, looses his seat and his appendix all in a month.

I dont think I would want my first F1 race to be at the Saudi track.

All things considered I think it was a decent showing for him.
Also, they showed his dad in the garage and he had on a MoonSwatch.

Word is it was Helmut Marko who leaked the Horner investigation and may be suspended.

And there seems to be an escape clause in Verstappen's contract that if Marko leaves Red Bull Max can leave the RB team. Max could put that to rest by affirming that he intends to stay with Red Bull until his contract is up in 2028, but he's been silent. I think Max is bored with his team and the constant winning (yeah, hard to believe) and he would probably relish a chance to resurrect a team like Mercedes or Ferrari. Ferrari is now out, so perhaps he thinks he can work with Toto and the gang and get Mercedes back to a winning state. That would also be a poke in the eye to Lewis. High profile athletes do all kinds of stuff that don't make sense to us schlubs sitting on the sofa.

Max just stated that Marko has to stay on with Red Bull. I think you're right that this may be Max's way to get over to Mercedes.

Mercedes would pay a ton of money to get Verstappen, way more than what he is making at Red Bull, about $60 million/year. I can see Max getting $100 million+ by moving to Mercedes. Lewis' deal for Ferrari next year is supposedly $87 million, part of which goes to his Mission 44 Foundation. No matter how much money these guys make they ALWAYS want to make more and be at the top of the pay pyramid. It may be boring right now to see Red Bull easily winning race after race, but my money is on Max NOT being with Red Bull next year. Or getting a contract renegotiation giving him more money now and more long term.

Due to Horner losing the stay employed at Redbuill battle with Austia and Thai management fighting...

Newey to Ferrari as he already stated he would not stay if Horner is gone.

Lewis and Newey...


my insiders are saying this is looking like a strong possibility...
