How's the lume? Most of these suck mightily.

I am used to vintage watches which have long-dead lume, so I have no idea what is good lume is. I could read it in my dark garage. I am not sure how long it lasts.

Can I ask the size of that case. I saw a seiko at the jeweler who serviced my watches that had this almost hot orange dial. It was quite intense but so unique I wanted it but it was 44mm which is a tad too big for me

This Seiko SPB077 on a bracelet that I have worn far more often than I anticipated when I purchased it. It wears great, keeps time great, and takes a nato very well.

E4A6D8A5-4AB2-43E8-B491-7362EE0DB763.jpeg 1974 NOS Bulova Accutron, boxes and tag, plus instructions on how to install the battery. $154 usd

I had it cleaned and serviced for $150, so just little over $300 usd for an unbelievable bargain.

I got this Seastar at an auction in a box of junk watches a couple of weeks back. Not sure why but I've had a craving for one of these day/date Seastars for a while...wanted a grey dial but blue will do!

Whole box was £78 all in...sold the other bits on ebay for £43...very happy with a £35 tissot! :)

Picked this guy up last week for an experiment. Already swapped to a nh36 movement. Easy mod and now going to bake it in the sun all summer to see if I can get a natural UV ray bleaching effect equal to the look of those old vintage divers without doing the common ”vintagizing” practices like coffee on the dial, Clorox bezel, baking the dial in an oven, forced paint pigment that looks horrendous.

Wow! If you don’t mind where did you get such a great deal? eBay, local, on this forum?
