It has pointy hands, not straight cut like most of these variations.

I sent mine back to Omega Geneva, it's worth it.
As I understand these restorations, it is a very good possibility the dial will be a redial restoration or a service dial, not NOS.
Well that’s happening for sure. Do those pics come with it once it comes back? I’ve never seen omega do that stuff!
Your dial looks incredible. Mine has some issues around the 11 o’clock marker, wonder if a replacement dial would be NOS
Looks like the restoration shown by @rhino7 above would have involved dial restoration (assuming anything was wrong with the dial) rather than a service dial, give the tritium markers.
This raises a question I've been wondering about for ages - does Omega actually make service dials for the 145.006 / 145.016? Has anyone seen one out in the wild or on a parts list?
