Always enjoy returning to this thread. I had a quick question - are the .006 and .016 cases effectively interchangeable, other than the model number? Would an .006 case fit with an .016 caseback, or an 861 movement?
@Archer once told me that these references return different parts from Omega database.

I've actually got a reference to add to this thread! It is the Seamaster Chronograph ref. 145.006 (cal. 321, solid yellow gold case, with a Meister stamp on the dial. I've seen it referenced at Auction houses 145.006-68. A beautiful case that I'm now trying to find appropriate end links for to move it off a leather band.

Yes, I have seen Meister gold variations around, not too rare. And they are all 1968. Haven't seen any other variations with Meister. You have solid gold bracelet?
