And....BAM!!! On the wrist!

In mint condition, with box, and papers.

That's also my favorite, and it gets more wrist time than all my other (50 some odd) watches combined.

From where did you end up buying it?

From a multi brand watch store, that sometimes, for some customers, also get used watches ( not so used, actualy, it s impossible to tell the differace, if they diden t tell you).

VG, 3.5K and 3.3 GBP. Steep me thinks.

Foo, I've only ever seen that one case back. Mine is a 2008, and those 2 x 'D' are 2011 and 2012 and are identical to mine.
Never seen one without writing on it, not a standard one anyway, only specials. Be interested to see others on here.
The 'Professional' line I see on your chrono pic, but never seen it on the standard 2500 caseback.

An early one came up with no writing on it. I was going to call it a fake. Did some digging and sure enough there was more then a few authentic ones with no writing. Not the most common.

I'm a 2500 fan. I like each following version less than the one that come before.

Please tell me you didn’t pay the $10000 price tag you mentioned in your first post.

Not bad - I bought mine brand new with full warranty, box, papers, and hang tags in March 2016 from Jim at Continental Jewelers in the US, for what would be the equivalent of about 5800€ now.

And while I paid 40% below retail price, I'd still lose about $500-1000 if I sold it today. Great watch, but it didn't hold it's value and I feel bad for people who paid the full $10,800 USD price + 8% tax when it was still in stores. My AD was only willing to give me 10% off when I was going to buy it, and Jim was a preferred seller here on the forum and I went with him. This, however, is a watch that I WILL NEVER SELL.

For me it s a little better, i can give it back to the seller for almost the same money, if i am intrested in a trade in. But i like watches a lot, and i have a little colection (only 15 pices) so far. So I don t think i will trade it in.
Btw, sorry for the writing mistakes, i am from Europe (Romania), i hope i don t bader to much with them. 😀
P.s. i am goint today to try and get a luminor PAM 723, brand new. So fingers crossed for me please. 😀 😀

I had an 8500 45. Was gorgeous but just a little too big. Amazing gorgeous watch otherwise.
