·The reason I asked because IF it is a redial, the guy who did the job must be an idiot, he used a strange kind of font, wrong script on a sharp 18k de luxe Constellation and even a newbie can tell the difference.
I also own a Constellation with different reference but it has the same font.

··Purrrr-veyor of luxury cat box loungersI was going to suggest that someone (out east?) has copied a very very uncommon dial which IIRC is from a jumbo reference and the only Constellation with this mish-mash of fonts/text.

Talking of very uncommon dials.
Very much in the style of the uncommon jumbo.
Do we know if this is the only 2887 with crossed Ts or has there been another surface somewhere - and is it contemporaneous with the jumbo?

I think I mentioned it on the 2887 thread when I posted mine. Desmond‘s article on the ref. features two examples (page 3 + 4) with the same dial as mine, which gave me the confidence to go for is it looked off to initially.

of course - and the lozenge shaped indices seem to be a particular feature.
