I tend to like these crowd funding, micro brand, enthusiast watches but I've noticed that there never seems to be a secondary market for these watches. I mean like: never. If you don't mind, may I ask how much this very good looking watch set you back?

This cost me $575 on pre order, he sells them for $679

I've bought several others models from this gentleman in years past and shifted each easily on WUS for near what I paid based on his strong reputation there

One of many Omegas. I rarely wear a particular watch for more than a week or so. Having to re-set the mechanicals, and change the date to the correct date is a nuisance if I am rushed. So this one from circa 40 years ago, surfaces more often than some of my watches. But then, if I want a bit of "bling", I like to wear my steel and rose gold Speedmaster automatic. Problem? No calendar!

holy smokes, that's a whole lot of watch for 5 bills. I perused the website and that guy has good , non "gimmicky" taste in watches. Is gimmicky a word?

Obviously, a very experienced vintage watch dude who forces us to face hard truths that in some cases, like 99% of the actual cost of some of these modern watches are proofs of Thorstein Veblen's ideas.

It's as though I can hear the snickering on the video conference where one arrogant guy in the snobbiest High German diallekte with looooong consonant shifts tells the French marketing guy who went to the best boarding school and speaks even more snooty high franconian (is there such a thing?) lulzzzzz : "fcuk it: make it SF45,000, these stupid new money peasants will buy more at that price than 19k…ha ha ha. Ha"

"Silly peasants! I'm feeling very dangerous today…get me my 195's…now! I just love Gstaad"

Yeah took me about 2 hrs to take 2 links out last night - and no self stabbing which was a bonus. Not as easy as a vintage Omega but not as hard as a Jubilee... I do love the bracelet though - just flashy enough without being too blingy.
