Yes, some brassing, still a fave.
I've had a similarly styled Bulova for years. About 1957 you think? It's got brassing, but it's a good runner, keeping time within a minute for a week which is longest I've ever worn it. It's serviced and ready to go. Need to do better by it and wear it occasionally.

··Home For Wayward WatchesI can make out part of Bulova and part of waterproof, but see no sign of a code for the back is worn or polished by nitwits. Is it on the inside of the case back?. I'm not good with snap-back cases and this one's being a duesy so don't know if the code is inside.

·More time stuck at home I often complain that I’m too busy but those times when you can’t do much aren’t any better. Guess I’ll just take it easy with colonel pouge (semi) I have been working on a few Dylan tunes on guitar at least
