I don't really let myself on here at the moment, too much temptation when various decisions the country 'took' are inhibiting livelihoods and incomes. Anyhoo, my evening while indefatigable Mrs Wiv roars at people down a Zoom hole.

Just want to put this up. My only Seamaster. I think I’ve had 7 pass through my hands that I picked up as gifts for people this is the only one I kept. Got it for 70 bucks a couple years back. Just one of those right place right time things that rarely happens to me. All the ones I gave away cost more than this, though none were extremely expensive but this one I always liked and don’t wear it nearly enough. It really needs a better strap I’ll get around to it, the watch ain’t going anywhere. I really like her dinged up dial and all.

I really love honest vintage watches that don't try and disguise their history of wear and tear that comes from good use. That would certainly be a well loved keeper in my collection too, a patina that you are proud to show off.

In the “I really *am* addicted” category, this 3592.50 Speedmaster #48m serial, unnumbered sapphire display back.

Bought at an auction where I really came to bid on something completely different. And, I already have another of same same #48m in the collection.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Finally a bit of sunlight ::psy::

That looks like a really comfy bracelet...maybe a little bit of stretch? I don't know how others feel but I like a bit of stretch in a bracelet.
