Very interesting, not too long ago I snagged a TAG Aquaracer WAB2010 for one of my brother's mates and it was a surprisingly good Rolex Sub styled diver, the bracelet bezel dial and case were all top notch, so for around $1k it was an excellent deal (including an automatic Cal 5 movement which was keeping better than COSC specs).

··Vintage Omega AficionadoQuartz or not, big pluses for me are its pre TAG and its a 1000 metre (meter), which you almost never see.
This one is one of the earlier ones ca 1982, with a plain back lacking the HEUER logo of the later ones.
1000M rating makes it a massive 15.5-mm thick!
