CWC, my first mechanical watch. After I got the Speedmaster it feels very small on my oversized wrist. Nato leather from Gasgasbones. Should I cut it on top rather than fold it?

If I could cut the extra length from my NATOs, and make them look original, I would. I'm pretty sure I would hose it up, so I don't. That's as far as I'll go with my advice....

Not that hard to do - clamp the strap between two quarters and cut around, then hold the frayed end near an open flame (lighter, stovetop etc) until it melts back together
