Are mechanical wrist watches allowed for orthodox amish? Or not, because created with CAD/CAM? Sorry for the ignorance

I'm not sure.
As an Architect, we are working with an Amish builder right now. We have to email our drawings, CAD created, to a middle man, who prints them and gives them to the Amish builder. I guess that's okay. So maybe a mechanical watch would be.
