I’m wearing my IWC Portofino again, IMO one of the prettiest watches going. I’d stopped wearing it due to the original leather strap, which was uncomfortable in the NC and Southern CA climates. Looking for an appropriate bracelet, @Foo2rama suggested an Uncle Seiko beads of rice with straight end links. He was right, thanks Foo!

...that the black lacquer on the dial of the Aquaterra 15'000 Gauss actually contains tiny, metallic-looking, bits of yellow mixed into the black matrix. It's not always easy to see, but I think I've captured it here 😀
