Hi everyone. I would love some information about when this watch was manufactured and what its worth. Thanks in advance.
The serial number dates the watch to about 1968. As to worth, maybe a couple of hundred dollars either side of a couple of hundred dollars. It's a bit of a dog I'm sorry to say. The dial has had a fanciful "military style" re-paint. The case is heavily polished and the sealing area is badly pitted with corrosion and the caliber 601 movement has seen water ingress at some stage, causing a lot of corrosion.
