Hi everyone, I’m considering buying my first vintage Omega and would appreciate some experienced eyes on this Seamaster ref. 14704. I’ve read through guides and plenty of threads here, but I’m still getting the hang of assessing condition/originality.

Listing (photos below): https://www.chrono24.com/omega/omega-seamaster-automatic--id47216192.htm

It has a cal. 591 movement with a 17.4m serial.
From what I can tell, the reference and movement seem consistent, and the dial looks original, but I’m not confident enough to spot subtler issues. Does anything stand out on the dial, hands, crown, case polishing, or movement condition? It also has no service history or inside caseback photo (I asked for these but am yet to hear back) - how much would that concern you? Thanks in advance.

The dial has some blistering (and it is possible that more might be covered by the alpha hands), the case-back has some pretty noticeable marks, and the movement looks somewhat tired, but everything seems original to me on first glance.
