While not the worst, and the seller does state that is an "Original Refinished Dial". But painting a minute track over the hour markers? Really? And still asking $1750 USD, or offer.

is this fake dial? how can you spot if so?

 

I'll bite. Here are a few things my thoroughly untrained eye sees:

- cleanliness, especially when contrasted to the hands.
- the minute marks
- the writing
- the conflict between 'swiss made' with the 6 marker

 

And the "automatic" font is completely wrong. Probably not a "fake", because the dial came from omega, it's just that it has been painted over to look incorrect. It's what we call a "redial"
