I guess not technically a re-dial...yet. I can see someone applying lettering and then re-selling as original. Shame, I love those linen weave dials!

Generally these should look like the ones on this page:

The "Carrera" script on the left side of the dial, and the chrono minutes subdial, should both be in contrasting colors to the dial. In the case of the blue dialled automatic Carreras, they should be white. (In the case of the silver dialled automatic Carreras, they should be black)
